Satay sauce is perfect for marinating chicken and shrimp skewers. The composition of peanut, coconut, curry and chili is a classic that is popular in many Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand. It also goes well with vegetable dishes and pulses.
