A hot chili sauce with a smoky note. Balanced with lots of spices. A spicy grill ingredient, a balanced mix of sweet and salty notes, as befits a barbecue sauce.

For marinating and seasoning steaks and burger patties. It goes well with everything that comes off the grill or smoker and is a must at any barbecue party. It is also an enrichment for vegetarian grilled food such as cheese or vegetables.
